Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Sağlık Günlüğüm hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz ve hiçbir yere göndermez. Kaydettiğin her şey yalnız kendi telefonunda, şifreli olarak durur. Hesap, sunucu, reklam, analitik ya da çökme raporu yoktur. Uygulama internete bağlanmaz.

Bu politika, Sağlık Günlüğüm (Kişisel Sağlık Günlüğüm) mobil uygulamasının (bundan sonra “Uygulama”) verilerini nasıl ele aldığını açıklar.

1.Topladığımız veriler

Hiçbiri. Uygulamanın bir sunucusu yoktur; hesap açılmaz, oturum açılmaz. Girdiğin hiçbir bilgi bize ya da üçüncü bir tarafa iletilmez. Uygulama internete bağlanmaz; Android sürümü internet izni bile istemez. Tam sürümü satın almak ya da uygulamayı değerlendirmek istediğinde açılan pencereleri telefonundaki Google Play ya da App Store uygulaması gösterir (bkz. 7. madde).

2.Telefonunda saklananlar

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnız senin girdiğin kadarıyla ve yalnız cihazında saklanır:

Ölçüm kayıtların (ör. tansiyon, kan şekeri, kilo) ve bunlara eklediğin notlar,
Kontrol listesi cevapların ve günlük notların,
Eklemeyi seçersen fotoğrafların (ör. ben/cilt takibi),
Uygulama ayarların (dil, görünüm, sesler, açık modüller, ölçüm planların ve hatırlatma saatleri).

Bu veriler şifreli bir veritabanında tutulur (256 bit anahtar). Şifre anahtarı telefonun güvenli anahtar deposunda (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) saklanır ve cihazdan çıkmaz. Fotoğraflar da bu şifreli veritabanının içinde saklanır; telefonun galerisine eklenmez. Günlük verileri cihazın otomatik bulut yedeklerine (Google Drive, iCloud) girmez.

3.İzinler

Uygulama bir izni yalnız ilgili özelliği kendin açtığında ister:

Bildirimler: Seçtiğin modüllerin hatırlatmaları için. Hatırlatmalar telefonun kendisinde zamanlanır.
Kamera / fotoğraf seçme: Yalnız fotoğraf eklemek istediğinde.
Biyometrik doğrulama (parmak izi, yüz tanıma): Uygulama kilidini açarsan. Biyometrik verin uygulamaya ulaşmaz; doğrulamayı işletim sistemi yapar.

Konum, rehber, mikrofon ya da reklam kimliği kullanılmaz.

4.Paylaşım ve dışa aktarma

Uygulama hiçbir veriyi kendiliğinden paylaşmaz. Doktorun için bir PDF raporu ya da şifreli bir yedek dosyası oluşturup telefonun paylaşım menüsüyle göndermeyi sen seçersen, dosya senin seçtiğin uygulamaya ya da konuma gider. Bu noktadan sonra dosya o uygulamanın/hizmetin kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.

Ayarlar → Arkadaşınla paylaş yalnız uygulamanın mağaza bağlantısını ve kısa bir tanıtım cümlesini paylaşım menüsüne verir; içinde senin hiçbir kaydın yoktur.

5.Verilerini silme

Ayarlar → Tüm verilerimi sil: Bütün kayıtlar, fotoğraflar, ayarlar ve şifre anahtarı telefondan kalıcı olarak silinir.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak da cihazdaki bütün verilerini siler.

Verilerin bizde bulunmadığı için bizden silmemizi istemen gereken bir kayıt yoktur.

6.Sağlıkla ilgili önemli not

Sağlık Günlüğüm bir farkındalık ve kişisel kayıt uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi cihaz değildir; teşhis koymaz, tedavi önermez ve hekim muayenesinin yerini tutmaz. Sağlığınla ilgili bir endişen varsa hekimine danış; acil bir durumda 112'yi ara.

7.Satın alma

Uygulama ücretsizdir. Tansiyon, kan şekeri ve kilo takibi süre sınırı olmadan ücretsiz kalır; diğer bölümler tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın alımla (“Tam sürüm”) açılır. Abonelik ve reklam yoktur. Ödeme ve satın alımın doğrulanması tamamen Google Play ya da App Store tarafından, onların kendi koşullarına göre yürütülür. Ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz ve almayız; satın alma için bir sunucumuz yoktur. Uygulama yalnız “tam sürüm açık” bilgisini telefonunun güvenli anahtar deposunda saklar; yeni telefonda satın alımı mağaza hesabınla geri yüklersin.

Uygulama arada bir, seyrek olarak mağazanın kendi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Bu pencereyi mağaza açar; yazdığın puan ve yorum doğrudan mağazaya gider, bize ulaşmaz. Bu pencerenin ne zaman gösterileceği için gereken sayaç yalnız telefonundaki şifreli günlükte tutulur.

8.Bize e-posta yazarsan

Destek için bize e-posta gönderirsen e-posta adresin ve mesajın yalnız sana cevap vermek için kullanılır, başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Bu yazışmanın silinmesini istediğinde sileriz. Uygulama, sağlık kayıtlarını e-postayla göndermeni istemez; lütfen destek yazışmalarına sağlık bilgisi ekleme.

9.Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.

10.KVKK ve GDPR

Uygulama kişisel verini işlemediği ve sunucuya aktarmadığı için, veriler üzerinde tam denetim sende kalır. Destek yazışmaları dışında hakkında tuttuğumuz bir kayıt yoktur; bu yazışmalarla ilgili 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarını aşağıdaki adrese yazarak kullanabilirsin.

11.Değişiklikler

Bu politika uygulamanın veri davranışı değişirse güncellenir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve “son güncelleme” tarihi yenilenir.

Privacy Policy

In short: Selfkept collects no personal data and sends nothing anywhere. Everything you record stays on your own phone, encrypted. There is no account, no server, no advertising, no analytics and no crash reporting. The app does not connect to the internet.

This policy explains how the Selfkept (Sağlık Günlüğüm in Turkish; listed in the app stores as Selfkept: Health Log & Diary) mobile application (the “App”) handles data. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1.Data we collect

None. The App has no server; there is no account and no sign-in. Nothing you enter is transmitted to us or to any third party. The App does not connect to the internet; the Android version does not even request the internet permission. When you choose to buy the full version or rate the App, those windows are shown by the Google Play or App Store app on your phone (see section 7).

2.What is stored on your phone

The following is stored only as far as you enter it, and only on your device:

Your measurement entries (e.g. blood pressure, blood sugar, weight) and the notes you add,
Your checklist answers and journal notes,
Photos, if you choose to add them (e.g. mole/skin tracking),
Your app settings (language, appearance, sounds, enabled modules, measurement plans and reminder times).

This data is kept in an encrypted database (256-bit key). The key is stored in the phone's secure key store (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and never leaves the device. Photos are stored inside the same encrypted database and are not added to your photo gallery. Journal data does not enter your device's automatic cloud backups (Google Drive, iCloud).

3.Permissions

The App asks for a permission only when you turn on the related feature yourself:

Notifications: For reminders of the modules you choose. Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself.
Camera / photo picker: Only when you want to add a photo.
Biometric authentication (fingerprint, face): If you turn on the app lock. Your biometric data never reaches the App; the operating system performs the check.

Location, contacts, microphone and advertising ID are not used.

4.Sharing and export

The App never shares data on its own. If you choose to create a PDF report for your doctor or an encrypted backup file and send it through your phone's share menu, the file goes to the app or location you pick. From then on it is subject to that app's or service's own privacy terms.

Settings → Share with a friend only hands the App's store link and a short line of text to the share menu; none of your entries are included.

5.Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all my data: All entries, photos, settings and the encryption key are permanently removed from the phone.
Uninstalling the App also removes all of its data from your device.

Since your data is not held by us, there is no record you need to ask us to delete.

6.Important health note

Selfkept is an awareness and personal logging app. It is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace a medical examination. If you have a health concern, talk to your doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

7.Purchase

The App is free. Blood pressure, blood sugar and weight tracking stay free with no time limit; the other sections unlock with a single one-time in-app purchase (“Full version”). There is no subscription and no advertising. Payment and purchase verification are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms. We do not see or receive your payment details, and we have no server for purchases. The App only keeps a “full version is on” flag in your phone's secure key store; on a new phone you restore the purchase with your store account.

Once in a while, and rarely, the App may show the store's own rating window. The store opens this window; the rating and review you write go directly to the store and never reach us. The counter used to decide when to show it is kept only in the encrypted journal on your phone.

8.If you email us

If you email us for support, your email address and message are used only to reply to you, are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties. We delete this correspondence on request. The App never asks you to email your health records; please do not include health information in support emails.

9.Children

The App is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.

10.GDPR

Because the App does not process your personal data or transfer it to a server, you keep full control over it. Apart from support correspondence we hold no records about you; you can exercise your GDPR rights regarding that correspondence by writing to the address below.

11.Changes

This policy is updated if the App's data behaviour changes. The current version is always published at this address and the “last updated” date is renewed.
